I have played this game all the way through using the Wine version and configuration indicated in my test. However, I encountered a bug in the mission "Clash of the Titans" -- I found that if the Tantalus is destroyed, the Bastion does not leave and the mission can't be completed. (Fortunately it's possible to complete the mission without doing this).

I haven't filed this as a Wine bug. I have no way of testing whether this is a bug in the game or in Wine. Still, I thought I'd leave a note for anyone puzzled by this. Also, if you're reading this and you can test it out on Windows, please do so.
