What works

Installation with wine msiexec /i BibMap3.0.msi works fine. The installation directory on wine appears complete. Many of the files are in accessible formats and appear normal There was no error message during installation.

What does not

running the application with wine BibleMapper.exe displays the splash screen (most of the times, sometimes not) then makes teh computer largely unresponsive and finally crashes (the application, not the computer) The error message is as follows: XIO: fatal IO error 12 (Cannot allocate memory) on X server ":0.0" after 5887 requests (5884 known processed) with 0 events remaining. I set via Winecfg wine to WinXP and Win2000 both with the same result.

What was not tested

As starting did not work, I conducted no further tests apart from checking that my downloaded file would work on Windows 2000 itself - it does work fine.

Additional Comments

I have written above that I would not want to be maintainer - but this is because I am currently clueless about wine. Should I learn enough in the process of getting it to work i would be more than happy to take on more responsibility for the future.
