Everything, except nwupdate.exe
What does not
nwupdate.exe [but can be bypassed by running manual critical update .exe file]
What was not tested
Neverwinter Nights Platinum - 4x CD set Installed with PlayOnLinux, selected "GoG Neverwinter Nights Diamond" profile, which installed wine 1.3.27 [lot listed in report drop down menu]. Selected setup.exe on disc1. Installation and running work perfectly. To update to 1.69, download the critical rebuild patch, "NWNEnglish1.69HotUUpdate 1.69.exe", then execute in your nwn wine environment. Patches without issue. Only option which can't be selected in game is "Shiney water" effects, however given that this feature makes the game run like a dog on new hardware anyway [win7, ati 6970, 5FPS] I would say its a feature rather than a bug, saves you pulling your hair out wondering why.

Multiple users reported that Neverwinter Nights might present problems when running it on a machine with an ATI card.
In order to avoid that, rename the main program file nwmain.exe to something else, like nwmain2.exe. The driver seems to try some optimizations otherwise, which are actually backfiring and causing issues with the game.
IGN doesn't host the patches anymore either They can now be found here: http://neverwintervault.org/patches
