Says that Windows 2000 requires GDI+ Libraries from Microsoft, even though compatibility mode was set to XP. Downloaded and installed gdiplus.dll into drive_c/windows/system32. Installation program then gave error: Module not found msls31.dll. Downloaded and placed msls31.dll in system32. Install proceeded with warnings about lack of .NET framework. Tried to install .NET 2.0. Got errors Running from command line gives error
