What works

  • Installation from CD-ROM (a cover-cd from a German PC magazine) has been used.
  • Adabas D Installer is also being called but I decided not to install it.
  • StarOffice Desktop shows, browsing folders works
  • Start Menu Works
  • Word processing program can be called, text can be typed, diagrams are possible with diagram wizard
  • Presentation wizard starts up
  • Draw module and Address book can be accessed
  • Administration of templates
  • Calling help manual works

What does not

  • I couldn't find a way of using Java
  • Emailing doesn't work - apparently an "outbox" is required

  • Java JRE has not been installed
