What works
Installation works, but I have to choose "Custom Install" and choose not to install the "Help" component.
The program opens up fine, and looks as expected. You can open saved files and they view correctly. You can make changes and resave with no problems. Both DWG and DXF files seem to work fine.
Printing files works fine.
What does not
Attempting to install with the "Help" component enabled gives a warning that you are not using Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3. You can install if you disable the optional Help component.
Workarounds
What was not tested
There are a ton of features, and I don't even know how to use most of them. But saving/loading/printing works fine :)

Additional Comments
I am really happy this works as well as it does. Installing/Running AutoCAD LT 98 on Windows 7 appears to be impossible, so this gives me an upgrade path for replacing old Windows XP workstations that rely on AutoCAD LT 98
