What works
The installer works up until you reach the Organization part, then it gets stuck and won't do anything when you click "Next".
What does not
The installer doesn't work after the Organization part due to mfc42.dll being missing apparently, but adding it from another PC into the syetem32 folder doesn't change the results. It's odd as older tests from over a decade ago shown the installer finishing after mfc42.dll is added.
Workarounds
What was not tested
The software itself as it can't be installed.

Additional Comments
According to older tests, the program requires a low-level kernel Windows driver (similar to VirtualBox's r0 (ring 0) driver) to run. Even trying to run the installer through Proton yields the same results, so Steam Deck usability is out of the question. Trying the modified installer from here also yields the same results.

Program requires MSXML6 to start. ( mfc42.dll ) Due to Wine's design, this program cannot work because it requires a low-level kernel Windows driver (similar to VirtualBox's r0 (ring 0) driver) to run. Program Warns about this.
