I got this a while back from Realarcade and removed the need to have realarcade decided to try it in wine, it appears to work 100% other than the launching in fullscreen causes the game to not redraw the menu screen, minimizing it and restoring seems to get it to redraw then you can uncheck fullscreen and relaunch it without problems. It does work in fullscreen if launched in a window and then switched to fullscreen.
