Menus, playing the actual levels, graphics, sound and music.
What does not
Quitting leaves resolution of screen incorrect (fixable automatically on KDE4 just by opening System Settings -> Display). Entering the World of Goo Corporation (leaderboard) instantly hangs the system requiring Ctrl+Alt+SysRQ+SUB restart. Very occasionally after moving the mouse to the very edge of the screen, X got confused and flickered between the full screen game and the desktop. This was very rare though and still left the game somewhat playable.
What was not tested
Finishing the whole game. This review is based on the first few chapters.
Tested on Kubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Beta 1.
