Setup application started and failed at the mandatory .net 2.0 install.

The application does not install.
Using wine 1.1.6 the install fails at the mandatory .net 2.0 install.
Using winetricks the install proceeds a little farther only to freeze later on. I found the best options (least errors) for winetricks where the following: dotnet20, vb6run, vcrun6, vcrun2003, vcrun2005, vcrun2005sp1, and wsh56.
