stuck on Sierra start screen during run with timer errors.
What was not tested
actual game (could not get to start screen)
not sure if I was running the Win95 or DOS version after installation.

run wine D:\SETUP.EXE for Windows installer
use same basic installer options as Leisure Suit Larry 7 to get around buggy Sierra installer
will get can't write to file errors during install, so change permissions & continue on:
.wine/drive_c/SIERRA/SQCOL/SQ2/sq2.bat to read/write
.wine/drive_c/SIERRASIERRA/SQCOL/SQ4/sierra.ini to read/write
DDE fails to install icons or menus (see buglist) - so we have to figure out how to run manually
It appears the link created would run C:/SIERRA/SQCOL/SQ5/SQ5.BAT
so we run wine cmd /c SQ5.BAT
This installation is incomplete.
You may either run this product with simple defaults,
run the Install program to customize the product for your
system, or exit.
Since Wine has issues with batch files SQ5.BAT will not run correctly we have to set some stuff up manually.
run wineconsole INSTALL.EXE (since wine doesn't create a VGA window by itself in this instance).
Graphics require 256 colors (16 colors will not be supported by Wine anytime in the near, or possibly distant, future)
Music seems to be valid on any setting (although I don't know it it would work)
Audio seems to require being set to "No Audio" or "IBM PS1" to prevent errors.
resource.cfg should now be in the SQ5 dir
run wineconsole cmd
enter echo mode = real >> resource.cfg
enter echo CD = yes >> resource.cfg
enter echo minHunk = 223k >> resource.cfg
enter echo language = 1 >> resource.cfg
Try to run wine cmd /c SQ5.BAT again after this and the Sierra logo should come up. The program seems to freeze after this point.
