The installer will initialise. Installation fails because there is an error with the install directory that states "unable to install in 64-bit directory." That is as far as I got.
This is for MultiSim 11.0.1 from cd.

Another poster had workaround of removing from a working xp installation. I am installing on VirtualBox 4.1.0 with xp right now. I will try to move the installation and re-evaluate with Wine when it is finished. Keep up the great work, Mark
