What works
With MSXML3, MSVC6, and VCRUN6 installed via winetricks, program loads and displays main UI. Menus seem to work.
What does not
Program does not properly display (required) registration screen, and appears to hang. alt+tab fixes this and displays registration screen. Menu items do not display until activated. Video does not display when channel is selected.
