The file refuses to run, i've gotten teh dll as stated as i should. I followed the guide of the person above me and it's not starting up in wine 1.1.39.

Current version of wine doesn't do anything with it. So DO NOT use wine 1.1.39 with dreamweaver. I'm going to attempt to try it in a different version of wine to see what happens.
