Additional Comments

Installing Steam and World at War from Wine 1.6.2 seems to work fine given a few cases; I ran the Winecfg and ticked the "Run in an emulated desktop" (also if you do this I recommend also ticking the "automatically capture the mouse in full screen windows to prevent the mouse going off screen). Editing any graphics options (like resolution) will cause the game to crash. (A work around is to go to your World at war folder and edit BOTH the config.cfg and the config_mp.cfg mine is located here; /home/USERNAME/.wine/drive_c/users/USERNAME/Local Settings/Application Data/Activision/CoDWaW/players/profiles/YOURPROFILENAME/ ) however as mentioned having the Steam overlay enabled in game will cause the game to crash and/or lack any keyboard input. The reason I've listed this as bronze is for two reasons; This is my first submission to WineHQ and I'm not sure I've done this right and don't want to mislead anyone Also, sometimes I've found the keyboard just doesn't work (you can spawn in a multiplayer match, look around and shoot but have NO keyboard input what so ever, if anyone can fix this or knows of a work around that'd be great). Anyway, hopefully this will help someone as today I was playing World at War Multiplayer in a 1600x900 resolution window and it ran very well. Thanks and sorry for any mistakes!
