playing the game in virtual desktop mode (it has a fixed 800x600 resolution)
changing the graphical details to medium (see comments below)
sound, music, voices
What does not
changing the graphical details to 'high'
apart from that there were no problems during the short time I played the game
What was not tested
playing in full-screen mode
completing the game (I've played only the tutorial and the first case)
The game might have some hardware detection feature that sets the graphical options on startup. With wine's default settings I couldn't change the details anything beyond 'low'. After setting "Multisampling" to "enabled" in the registry I was able to change it to "medium'. However I couldn't set it to 'high'. Tested with an Nvidia GF 7600 card with driver 195.36.08 Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.
