What does not
At every launch you are stuck at black screen.
The game will change your display resoulution (you will need to change it back manually) and might break icon aligment if you have icons on your desktop (at least on KDE Plasma 5).
'Ambient Sounds' setting causes game to crash on every level change.
Workarounds
Press Escape key if you have a black screen.
Enable "Emulate virtual desktop" under "Graphics" section of winecfg to avoid the game changing your resoulution.
