I have Infoselect version 6 running satisfactorily.
Originally I didn't understand how easy Wine is to use so I copied the complete IS directory from my Windows installation into the Wine program files directory.
Right clicked on the is.exe file, select 'Open with "Wine Windows Program Loader" ' and it ran perfectly.
I'm a little wiser now. All that's necessary for installation is to run the Info Select install EXE file and Wine takes over.
I don't use IS for email, so can't comment on that. For IS's main strength as the best information manager on any platform it's functioning perfectly.
Thank you Wine. I'm a step closer to abandoning Windows forever.
