Updates can be installed manually from http://www.steuertipps.de/?menuID=7&navID=110 The first problem when trying to send via elster (missing dll TmWrapper.dll) can be fixed by installing vcrun6 via winetricks. It then fails later (when clicking on "senden und drucken" claiming it can't run the aav-update-manager.
