During installation, pick third (and by Tim Kosse not recommended) option for running the server. Navigate to your installation folder, run "FileZilla Server.exe" (using wine) and then run the server interface (again using wine). Choose a port higher than 1024 for the connection (remember to customize ports to be used for passive connections) and forward appropriate ports with you NAT.
