What was not tested

• gameplay more or less, as MK crashes - handled by O2OE bug reporting tool - when trying to load the initial environment.
• with patch for bug 11770 applied, we get a nice dump and some debug output (MKs sight of the system ;) )

Additional Comments

- Wine was built from git with "fix" for bug 13706 and patch for bug 11770 - built environment was a 32bit chroot on an AND64 Debian "ssqueeze", with a few packages from Debian unstable. - installed extra software: .net 2.0 framework sp1, vcrun2005, vcrun2005sp1 and vcrun6 - MK was "patched" by removing the installation directory and extracting http://mankind.13fr.com/Mankind_1.8.4.6-20090223_Folder-International.zip
