Additional Comments
When running without any extra parameters, just "wine chrome.exe", it does not even try to download anything. The html widget shows "Aw, snap. Something went wrong [...]". When running with --no-sandbox or --in-process-plugins, functionality is as described in the report. Running with --new-http or not does not make any difference. My wine has winetricks riched20, riched30 and flash installed, which may or may not have affected the test results.
