Touhou 7.5 does not work with some versions of wine >1.1.13 and <1.1.24
Use 1.1.24 version or later.
If the game crashed right before dialog balloon with text appears, check if your wine built with fontconfig support and if not - recompile using --with-fontconfig with ./configure
I think most wine binary packages in distributions have already built with fontconfig.
