What works
Installation, music, sound, game is fully functional. Had to run ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/PlayFirst/Diner Dash 2/game/dinerdash2.exe directly to get the game going.
What does not
Graphics are messed up in spots. Cursor is a black dot or black square. Installation had one quirk. First time I ran it, it said to insert the original cd. The second time it got past that point and installed fine.
