Shikigami No Shiro II

What works

Everything important.  Sound even works without directx, and sound latency is a lot lower than Shikigami No Shiro EX. 

Game plays, sound works, joypad works, graphics are beautiful in high resolution

config.exe works, but it's in japanese so I can't tell what all the options are.  Still it's enough to configure controls and change resolutions.

What does not

alt-enter.  I haven't tried this in Windows, so I don't know if it's supposed to work.  It was supported in EX, so I think it would be.  In any case, use the first File menu option to fullscreen.  Hit escape as if to quit, then cancel to go back to windowed mode.

The second menu option doesn't seem to do anything.  I'm not sure what it's supposed to do.  The console gets this message:
