Everything works after followinÂg Lauri NiskanenÂ's instruction, Â
what makes the "Can't not create Art Surface" error is the heavy load of the bitmap images from LF2,
basically Wine is not expecting so many heavy bitmap images loading into RAM. that is why it loads half way and stop, complain the art surface problem, because not all the images are loaded.
so the video memory is key problem.
so I just use regedit to increase that VideoMemorySize by wine regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER → Software → Wine → Direct3D → VideoMemorySize
Then create it yourself. Right-click on Direct3D and select ÂNew → String Value and name it VideoMemorySize. Then double click on this new created key and enter the amount of your VRAM in MBs. Â
then works fine
What does not
menu a bit lag, but works ok
What was not tested
i did not install, I used to install on windows, and then just copying the whole folder is fine. this application is portable

You might need to change the value, if you don't have 512 megabytes video memory.
