Game works on clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX. No extra actions are required. If your game does not come with d3dx9_27.dll in game directory, you need to drop it by yourself, otherwise game will have object and HUD flickering. To play online or in widescreen you need to patch game - see link on the left.
