What works

Install functions, however do not do the update at the end of the install. To get it installed please use the following steps:

1) Start with a fresh Wine Profile
2) Follow the Gecko trick (not sure if needed was done for another app) http://wiki.winehq.org/Gecko
3) From winetricks install corefonts and vcrun6
4) From winetricks install msxml6 and IE6 (not sure if needed was done for another app)
5) From your installation media change directory to DISK1 and run wine ISetup.exe

Application is stable and does not crash as previously reported, tested online download from bank account, worked without any issues. Will continue to use in a daily function and report back my findings if anything changes 

What does not

Initially the update did not work, however after closing the app and trying again it worked fine.

Registration does not work correctly, screen pops-up and connectes the the server but then a blank page is displayed

Additional Comments

DOES NOT LIKE GDIPLUS - I had to set gdiplus.dll to use builtin then native in order to keep this application from crashing all the time.
