Doing 'wineboot' after install brings the qq login prompt, I guess they registered to run that on startup. The console errors during startup like err:ole:PSFacBuf_CreateProxy Cannot get number of functions for typeinfo {68e03e39-a4c1-4fe0-87c4-22b029df3e4d} can be solved with the command 'cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Tencent/QQ; wine regsvr32 TXPFProxy.dll' The installer does bundle mfc42 and vcrun2005, but I think they're not unpacked in time; doing 'winetricks mfc42' avoids a bunch of installer console messages. I couldn't get rid of the installer console warnings.
