What works
The installer works fine, and the program starts as long as MFC42 is installed.
I downloaded PCMark Vantage - a 700MB file - and it was both fast and worked. The interface appears to work perfectly aside from the occasional flash as a list item refreshes.
What does not
The program will not launch without MFC42.dll being installed.
The drop box's border changes a little if it is clicked, but that's really a minor issue.

I selected the Gold rating, as FDM 3.0 requires MFC42.dll. Sorry I didn't have time to try all of the features. Also, FDM is open source now under the GPL; I didn't select open source by mistake. ^^
