Installation, running (with nocd patch)
What does not
Vanilla: Anything in the actual game; wine throws a Program Error window and proceeds no further in attempting to run the programme. With nocd patch: The game opens, but the graphics are broken in fullscreen. When running in emulated desktop, it works fine, but text is near-impossible to read and you cannot respond to dialog boxes, disallowing you from even starting a new game.
What was not tested
Anything past the initial splash and dialog box.
At the end of installation there is an error about not being able to self-register some DLLs, but this is not a hindrance to the completion of the installation.

At the end of install.
Clicking OK seems to finish install successfully.

Note: "(?)" lines mark steps of the official guide (archived) that might not be necessary.
Note: DemisePatch353.exe and DemisePatch353DLL.exe basically extracts (overwriting) the no-cd patched demise.exe and demise.dll respectively into the install folder.
