What works
In the meanwhile I finished it (viewed all the ending credits until the last Ride of the Bunnies on the music of Wagner's "Die Walkure") and all works flawlessly (except for the listed glitches) including the screen-saver with the 3D models of the vehicles of the game.
What does not
Another little bug occurs in the Old Mine Road: It seldom happens, when you defeat an enemy biker, that both the bikers disappear remaining the road only, scrolling endless.
