Fullscreen only worked for me if I changed the zoo.ini file to match my monitor's resolution (1920x1080). Otherwise it broke my screen settings and made the game unusable. This could be caused by dual-screen setup. Sometimes terrain blending results in black tiles. Reloading the game fixed the graphics.
