If you install the Linux version on the same computer as you have the Windows version under Wine, both might share the firstclass folder in your home (~) directory, depending on Wine setup.
This means that saved login details and settings will be accessable from both the Windows and Linux version. As the Linux version is older (at the time of writing) than the Windows version, you should be aware that if FirstClass was to change settings formats this may cause problems. I have however not noticed any, my settings are loaded fine by both the Windows and Linux clients.
