The install extraction appears to work, and shows a progress bar that eventually makes it to 100%.
What does not
The installer itself. Although it claims to have succeeded, and offers to launch the app for you, no files were installed into the Program Files directory. On launch, the app falls over and tries (and fails) to go into winedbg
