The installer as long as you run it in a virtual desktop so you can drag the installer to the side to see new windows behind. The patch also runs with or without a virtual desktop.
What does not
Everything else. Nothing runs other than the installer, even when using '-opengl' and '-direct3d'. Most likely because the video setup, whether run during of after the installer, says that the video card is not supported due to lacking 'essential features: Transparency'. Patching Frogger to 3.0 does not reduce errors. Updating DirectX to the lastest version (Feb 2010) does not reduce errors.
