What works

Mostly everything seems to work.

What does not

Everything works except the registration and one other small issue. I am Quicken 2006 user and I have registered already. I used the following workaround and now I'm able to download transaction.

To eliminate registration nags, while holding CTRL+Shift press "One Step Updates" (or reportedly "Update Transactions"). Without doing this, you can't get to online updates. I had already registered my WinXP installation of Q 2009, but that shouldn't matter.

The other small problem was that it froze when I hit the browse button when trying to backup my data. So I just typed the path in the box instead of using the browse button

Workarounds

What was not tested

I did my monthly bills, downloaded transactions, setup new accounts, run reports. So I used many functions and it works, but I have not used every function.
