When you click "Play the campaign" in the main menu, the game shows you a black screen with a train on top. Enter your name, e.g. "bob" and click Enter twice. You'll see the levels menu. For the second time you play, you must remember the name you entered on the 1st time you played, and enter that. When, for the first time, a name is entered, a file named "bob".ini is created on the path of the game.
