What works

Everything works now, as far as I can tell, including these recent improvements:

Pinyin on mouth tool pop-up works right.

Grabber disk is uniformly dark.

Writing tool is perfectly smooth now.

What does not

A new file can't be saved unless it has a suffix.

Just use the desired suffix: .u8, .uni, .gb, .wfc (flashcard file).

Workarounds

What was not tested

Additional Comments

Wenlin 3.0, upgraded to Wenlin 3.4.1 (from Wenlin website). I tried the virtual-machine route, but prefer to avoid that. So, I'm very happy with wine now. Thank you.
