Additional Comments

Must install .Net 2.0 to run the installer and program. That is the only reason it gets a gold rating. Other than that it works great, simple GUI and very easy to use. I did not have the same issues mentioned in previous tests with drop down or right click issues, possibly due to a newer wine version, but that is why i am posting this to update the test results. My original test was on wine 1.8 staging, then on a newer version, but either one seems to work just fine. I guess another reason this gets gold is the following, it must detect Oblivion.exe and other files in the install directory. Not an issue if you install it in your Oblivion wine prefix, but some of us don't want to mess up a good thing, since wine can be touchy. A cool workaround if you don't want to mess up your Oblivion wineprefix, is to install OBMM in its own virtual drive, and then just copy the Oblivion.exe, Launcher.exe, and the Oblivion.ini in to the OBMM virtual drive so it passes the check during OBMM install. Don't forget to also make the correct path folders, (ie. Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion and create an empty Data folder. That is all you really need, you don't really need to copy everything from the actual Oblivion install. You can always point the application to the actual Oblivion wineprefix where it is really installed later, or simply use the OBMM wineprefix for *extracting only* and then manually install the mod files to the actual Oblivion install virtual drive. Sometimes this is a good idea and sometimes it is not: it usually depends on the complexity of the omod.
