Installs. Apps that use the QuickTime 7 API can use it to play video.
What does not
The player itself does not open. Sound does not work for apps that use the QuickTime Audio Extraction API, and it also seems to be causing waveOutOpen() calls to fail with MMSYSERR_ALLOCATED after it has a movie open.
What was not tested
The included QuickTime Player app was not tested because it would not launch.
Whole screen momentarily goes black when attempting to launch QuickTime Player, or an app that calles InitializeQTML()
