Starting the game
Had to install Mono for Windows, copy over msvcr80.dll from an actual windows installation, and set a DLL override in winecfg for mscoree to (native, builtin).
Running OutsparkLauncher.exe produced a small window called "Unnamed Window" with nothing inside, along with a page or two of errors. Enabling or disabling a virtual desktop has no effect.
