I cannot start the game due to copy-protection (ProtectCD 4). I have to use an image because my drive is broken. I also tried emulating a BIN/CUE-image with cdemu, but no success so far. No-CD fixes lead to a crash: Unhandled stack overflow at address 0x567ad3 (thread 0009)
