Avr Studio416 api on 1.1.17

It works, that's true, but generates thousants of 'uxtheme:BeginBufferedPaint Stub'. This is visible as window items flickering long time after any repaint. As a result, when theres a number of files opened and 'maximized' the refreshing becomes deadly slow and ugly. Native uxtheme.dll crashes, switching to 'standard' look doesn't help.
Tooltips are broken.

Simulator still needs winetricks, like in older versions (at least msvc80). Without this application will fall into some infinite loop,
endlessly refreshing its window.
