As far as I know, you can't currently set Desktop Aqua 3D as screensaver, but if you create a custom screensaver that basically runs a shell command, you can use "wine Wine_ROOT/windows/system32/Destkop\ Aqua\ 3D\ Screensaver.scr /s" and it will work
