The game is fully playable. Sound, saving, keyboard input, all works fine. The graphics seem unaffected by Compiz (with it on or off). During the missions, while controlling your droids (which is
where most of the game takes place), there are basically no problems at
*Note: The game is actually playable on Wine, when in fact it is not playable on Windows XP with compatibility mode!!
What does not
The graphics are rather glitchy during the droid building process, especially involving the cursor, but it is manageable. Besides, most of the game consists of controlling droids in missions, where there are basically no problems at all.
What was not tested

During installation, you will need to do a Custom Install -> Maximum Installation. This is because the game can't read the CD, so everything has to be on the harddrive. Set Wine's Windows version to Windows 95. You may also need to install DirectX using winetricks: http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks. I already had it installed when I tried this.
