What works
Have used this program extensively and found all to work, including print. I usually make highly detailed and formatted print files with standard notation and tab, with lots of tweaks to get things to fit, fonts, remarks etc. All works well. I always print to PDF. Also, I like the fact that the sound font on Ubuntu sounds much better than anything I've heard on my Windows installs.
What does not
Haven't found anything that absolutely doesn't work. Key changing is a little fiddly though. To change the key, there is a bit of a problem but has a workaround. If you mouse over the up-down buttons in the key signature dialog, then use the mouse scroll wheel, you can set the key. If you click on the up-down buttons, it doesn't work.

What was not tested
I don't use multitrack . . . bit I think it works fine.

Additional Comments
Had to use the modified font as explained in previous comments below. Have to start midi (command: timidity -iA) before starting Tabledit for sound to work. I also used this with much the same satisfaction on Ubuntu 11.04 and some earlier versions.

In winecfg under graphics tab, uncheck the option to allow the window manager to control the windows. This solved a problem where the palettes were unable to be docked into the toolbar areas.
This problem has resolved itself in WINE versions of vintage 0.9.5x or greater.
With the advent of Greg Hill's fontforged tef260.ttf font printing is now correct under WINE.
I had success by putting tef260.ttf along with other core truetype fonts into windows/fonts and printing thru CUPS.
Printing works with version 9.24 when run in winecfg as Win98.
With version 0.9.27 I have to run as W2000 or XP to get printing to work, W98 no longer works for printing.

To generate a tef260 font that will work properly, open the font in Fontforge, choose "Generate Fonts" from the file menu. The name appears as "Tef250.ttf" Change this to "tef260.ttf". Below the name of the font is a drop down box of font types. Choose "True Type (Symbol)" and click "Save". A warning box will appear complaining about the Em Size and asking if you want to save it anyway, Choose "Yes". Copy font to .wine/drive_c/windows/fonts and your X11 truetype directory and run as root "fc-cache -v -f", restart Xserver, and enjoy.
