What works
Installer sort of works. Spews many errors, but claims to have finished.
What does not
Upon opening, it insists it can't find any URL you put in, including 'about:Tabs'. Even if you put the URL in by IP address (e.g., http://127.0.0.1/ doesn't work, even though my machine is running a web server).
