For registration of complete edition IBExpert needs the correct ComputerName. Setup it trough the correct registry keys (http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys), e.c. UseDnsComputerName and HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\ComputerName\ComputerName
