Everything seems to work.
Instead of making Windows 3x look like xp, it does this for Wine.
What does not
those applications that in wine simply are not the same as windows. Like wine has no control panel, and so forth and so on.
What was not tested
It needs to be configured in winecfg for Win 3.1. It doesn't automatically, set up programs in the start menu, like windows, but I don't know whether this is a malfunction related to wine or whether this is they way it works in windows 3x.
I think this program is opensource so it would be interesting to integrate it into wine. Perhaps you should work with this developer. It seems from the person's website that they are probably looking for an interesting assignment.
